RRenee (E-RYT 200, YACEP) started practicing yoga as an adjunct to running, hiking, and skiing and as a way to connect with her, then, teenage daughter.

healing practice. She loves that yoga meets EACH of us exactly where we are –
regardless of background, body type, age, or perceived ability.
As T. Krishnamacharya noted, “If you can breathe, you can do yoga.” You will find that Renee’s classes provide a safe and welcoming space for you to discover and expand upon your own strength, flexibility, and balance in mind and body.

Jamie Breese

Jamie’s journey to yoga began after years in the high-pressure world of medical device sales, where she often joked about one day becoming a zen yoga instructor..
In 2018, a move from Chicago to Dallas gave her the opportunity to complete yoga teacher training, and she has since earned her 500-hour certification in advanced functional yoga. Recently, Jamie and her husband relocated to Castle Rock to be closer to their two young adult daughters.
For Jamie, yoga is an escape from constant thoughts and a way to reconnect within. A self-described perfectionist, she learned that no pose is ever perfect and to embrace her imperfections. Her classes welcome all levels, focusing on strength, variety, and fun while guiding safe, pain-free movement so students leave feeling stronger, happier, and more connected.

Moving your body in a mindful flow where you build heat within, while taking the time to pause and acknowledge the intricate sensations within each posture. You will observe and notice your feelings, thoughts, sensations, and be guided to do so without judgment or attachment, allowing you to begin to cultivate a sense of peace and acceptance for yourself and others. She is passionate about introducing breathwork techniques to help reduce stress, enhance alertness, and calm the parasympathetic nervous system. Jessica O'Connor
Yoga Instructor
-
Jessica stumbled into yoga during a time of unexpected life transitions, looking for something to help her find balance (or at least make sense of it all).
What started as a way to stay grounded quickly turned into a fascination with the science and philosophy behind the practice. For Jessica, yoga is more than movement—it’s a way to connect the mind and body, build resilience, and maybe even laugh at yourself in crow pose.
Her background is as eclectic as yoga itself. She’s traveled the world with the Air Force, wrangled classrooms as an elementary school teacher, navigated over a decade of homeschooling, and recently dove headfirst into writing. Through it all, she’s learned that curiosity, flexibility (in body and mind), and a sense of humor go a long way. In her yoga classes, she aims to create a welcoming, safe space where students of all shapes, sizes, and abilities can grow, breathe, and move together.
Off the mat, Jessica can be found devouring books, wandering trails (sometimes lost but always entertained), dragging her semi-reluctant husband on adventures, and laughing with her two teenagers. She’s passionate about building a yoga community where everyone feels at home—whether you’re mastering a pose or just mastering the art of showing up.
