This 50-hour Mindful Yoga Training is designed for teachers who feel called to slow things down and guide from a more intentional, grounded place.
Together, we’ll explore the art of breathwork, meditation, and nervous system regulation while learning how to confidently weave these practices into Restorative, Yin, and Gentle yoga formats. This training goes beyond shapes and sequencing—it’s about creating space for students to soften, reconnect, and experience a deeper sense of presence.
You’ll gain practical tools to lead meaningful, accessible classes that support stress relief, emotional balance, and inner awareness, while also deepening your own personal practice.
